I got 15 drops of this compound at 11pm, and I was able to watch TV until 12pm, very relaxed. I went to the bed and i fall sleep deeply until next morning, waking up very refreshed, well rested, full of energy, without any weird effect. This blend of Valerian, Passion Flower, Hops, Anise Seed and Chamomile is an excelent aid to relax, to calm nervous stomach, anxiety and that HELPS to sleep, but it does not sent you to sleep like a drug.
